2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. You do not need to return the defective product. Instead, contact us within 7 days of receipt with the following:

- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
We will either provide a replacement item or offer a refund to your original payment method, depending on what best suits your needs.
